Can I narrow down my search for products due to my allergy / intolerance?

Yes, you can! You can search for products based on specific ingredients or any dietary requirements you may have.

Can I buy products all year round?

Absolutely. We’re a 24 hours online farmers’ market, which means you can access our store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Certain products are seasonal and may only be available at certain times of the year.

Is the Victorian Regional Food Network more expensive than the market?

No, it’s not. The products on our website are the exact same price as you’ll find them when you visit a market.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail from us when your package has been sent. This will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Unfortunately, as our products are food items, we cannot accept any returns for change of mind. If you have an item that is broken or missing, we will work with you to rectify the issue ASAP.

If I buy a few products from different makers, do I need to pay shipping costs multiple times?

No, you don’t! We have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00. You will receive one box with all your products packaged together.

What can I do if I have an item missing from my order?

If an item you have ordered is missing from your box, please get in touch with us via the contact information on our contact page. Ensure to include your invoice number and we can resolve the issue ASAP.

What can I do if I have a damaged item?

Upon receiving your e-mail our customer service team will contact you ASAP to rectify the issue. If you could send us photos of the damaged product, that will help us to rectify the issue in a timely manner.

Do you deliver interstate?

Yes, we do! We have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00 which ships Australia wide.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Our packages are delivered by Australia post. They will be in touch with the option of leaving your box at your front door if you’re not home or taking it to your nearest post office for collection.

Is there a fee to sell my products?

There is a small membership fee to be a part of the Victorian Regional Food Network. Please get in touch so we can send you more information about selling your product.

What sort of products can I sell?

All those delicious food products you would normally buy at your local market. Please note we cannot accept any fresh produce that will spoil in our warehouse.

Does the Victorian Regional Food Network store my products?

Yes, we do! All products are stored in our fully stocked warehouse.
